①Access by Train
There are two lines from Kansai Airport Station, 【JR Line】 and 【Nankai Line】!
It is convenient to use JR to Kobe / Sannomiya!
If you change from Osaka to Umeda and use the Hankyu train, it will be a little cheaper, so if you want to save money, “JR + Hankyu” is ◎!
If you want to go to Kobe, take the “JR Rapid” train and the next stop after Sannomiya Sta. is Kobe Sta. (about 5mins).
Use a local line!
From the airport, there are “Kansai Limited Express Haruka (JR)” and “Limited Express Rapi:t (Nankai Line)” that can be reached earlier than local lines by selecting seats.
But I do not recommend it.
Although both are more expensive than local lines, the time reduction is only about 10 to 15 minutes.
In addition, it is easier not to use it between Kansai Airport → Kobe / Sannomiya because it requires transfer.
